Damian is an experienced lawyer and a specialist in tax law. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of taxation, gained through comprehensive support of Polish and international capital groups, with a particular focus on corporate income tax, including transfer pricing issues.

Thanks to many years of practice at one of the largest legal and tax advisory firms in Poland and a technology company, Damian has acquired unique skills in designing efficient tax policies, implementing modern technological solutions for ensuring tax compliance (SAF-T, KSeF), and preparing transfer pricing documentation. His current practice also includes handling tax proceedings and court-administrative cases.

Building on his previous experience, Damian uniquely combines broad tax knowledge with technological expertise, enabling him to offer clients innovative solutions, including strategies based on artificial intelligence and data analysis that streamline management and reporting in the area of tax compliance.
