He has 20 years of experience in tax law. In 2004, he passed the state exam and was registered on the list of tax advisors (registration number 10591).
Until 2021, he was a partner at EOL Tax Advisory Law Firm Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Szczecin.
He provides comprehensive tax and succession advisory services to entrepreneurs, capital groups, and family businesses. He focuses on understanding the client’s needs, vision, and business plans to thoroughly analyze and propose optimal solutions for asset protection, business structures, and identify potential tax benefits and risks. His extensive experience is complemented by deep knowledge in transfer pricing, tax scheme reporting, and anti-tax avoidance regulations. He holds the international TPE certificate in domestic and international transfer pricing and the TPRE certificate specializing in restructuring, particularly in mergers, divisions, and transformations of capital companies, both domestically and internationally.
An essential part of his practice is succession projects aimed at supporting family businesses in generational transitions, building multigenerational companies, protecting family assets, emergency succession planning, and creating future succession plans and strategies. He assists sole proprietorships in securing the family’s interests through the implementation, execution, and termination of succession management. He is a certified succession manager and has long supported the introduction of family foundations into Polish law. Currently, he works on establishing them for families managing small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2017, he completed postgraduate studies in holistic human capital management, covering succession and management of family businesses and family offices.
He is also an expert in tax procedure, the author of tax procedures for Wolters Kluwer Polska (LEX, LEX Navigator), and has extensive experience protecting taxpayers from tax authorities as a representative during verification activities, tax audits, and proceedings, as well as in administrative courts.
In the educational field, he trains young tax advisors, delivers lectures for notary trainees, and writes commentaries on rulings and tax issues for the "Rzeczpospolita" daily and Wolters Kluwer Polska (RollerCoaster Podatkowy).
For practitioners and clients, he conducts training on business reorganizations, protection against tax risks, tax procedures, tax scheme reporting, Estonian CIT, succession management, and succession in family businesses.
As part of her social activities, she has been active in the Northern Chamber of Commerce in Szczecin since 2018: in the Succession Section, and from 2021 to 2024, as a member of the Chamber’s Council and Presidium.
He enjoys traveling, yoga, cycling, youngtimers, and sailing.
