Chairman of the West Pomeranian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in tax law. In 2008, he passed the state exam and was registered on the list of tax advisors (registration number 11043).
Until 2021, he was a partner at EOL Tax Advisory Law Firm Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Szczecin.
He provides comprehensive tax advisory services to Polish and international entrepreneurs, with a special focus on supporting family businesses and entities with Scandinavian capital. He assists clients in restructuring processes, mergers, or contributions, and resolves tax issues arising in day-to-day business operations in Poland.
An essential part of his practice includes handling transfer pricing projects (preparing both "Local file" documentation and comparative analyses – benchmarks). Michał holds the international TPE certificate as a specialist in domestic and international transfer pricing and the international TPRE certificate as a specialist in restructuring, particularly in mergers, divisions, and transformations of capital companies, both domestically and internationally.
His current practice also includes tax proceedings and court-administrative cases. He represents clients during tax audits and appears before provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court in Warsaw.
Michał also specializes in tax-legal topics related to blockchain technology. He prepared the first cryptocurrency income settlements (virtual currencies) in 2018. He has also conducted training for tax advisors, introducing them to key concepts in this market, such as tokens, stablecoins, FIATs, NFTs, ETH, BTC, and more. In practice, he has also handled income settlements from gaming platforms and individuals from the IT industry.
As part of his social activities – since 2022, Michał has served as Chairman of the Board of the West Pomeranian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, and in the previous term, he was a member of the Board.
He is passionate about sports – particularly soccer, fencing, karate, and volleyball. He also enjoys a good book, especially novels by Leszek Herman.
